1.WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH CHRYS LAVONN PHOTOGRAPHY?

2.CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN PACKAGE?
-Yes.
You can personalize your Reveal Ordering Session with our premium and standard portrait and wall art collections in any combination that is accommodating to your unique needs and budget.

3.DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
-Yes.
Your session fee is preferably due in full at the time of booking to finalize your session's time and date. If you are unable to satisfy the full amount at the time of booking, Chrys LaVonn Photography will collect half of the session fee amount with an attached 3% convenience charge immediately and the second half one to two weeks later with the same 3% charge. After the first installment successfully processes, your session is locked in on our calendar. Session fee and session fee installments are non-refundable and subject to future rebooking based on photographer availability only. Installment payments are automatically debited from your account either 7 or 14 days after the initial installment payment. In the event that your final installment is not collected and or is unsuccessfully processed, you forfeit your session and that time and date will be released to another client. 

4.REVEAL? IMAGE CREDIT?
-The reveal is a scheduled ordering session arranged to be up to two weeks after your portrait session, where I either travel to your home, or we meet in studio for you to purchase your portrait products.
-The included image credit ($550 or $1100) will be applied towards portrait collection upgrades during your Reveal Ordering Session. Financial planning suggestions include requesting information about our financing installments through Square Merchant Services and or Affirm (most clients invest at minimum 3k when utilizing Affirm. 4% installment account activation fee due at ordering session) or applying for a small personal loan or line of credit with a 0% introductory rate just in case your final total exceeds your initial budget. In the event that you are not eligible for these options, Chrys LaVonn Photography will provide an equal bi-weekly or monthly installment plan processed via Square merchant services to break up the balance. There is a non-taxed $110 archival fee for this service [session file back up] which will serve as the initial payment applied toward your bi-weekly or monthly installments. Once the entire balance is satisfied, your items will be released for immediate production. Ordering appointment installments are non-refundable. Each installment payment will have an attached 3% convenience charge. The convenience charge does not apply to your archival fee.

5.I ALREADY PUT MONEY DOWN FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. WHY DID I NOT KNOW I HAD TO PAY A REMAINING BALANCE?
-A satisfied session fee or installment plan is required to secure placement on Chrys LaVonn Photography's schedule. It is impossible to be misinformed of a remaining balance as each client has to solicit and agree to installment plans in the event that they cannot satisfy full payment at the time of booking and or during their ordering session. Installment plan agreements map out balances paid, balances still owed and the date PRE-AUTHORIZED reoccurring installments are to be debited from your account. All of which, has to be previously acknowledged by and agreed upon by you as the client in order to enter into and satisfy your REQUESTED installment obligation.

6.AM I SAVING MONEY WITH YOUR CURRENT PRICING?
-Of course. Bundled portrait and product collections are loaded with savings of hundreds to thousands of dollars! The more you buy, the more you save in comparison to our a la carte selection.

9.CAN I PRINT, EDIT/MANIPULATE PHOTOS AND OR VIDEO TAKEN BY CHRYS LAVONN PHOTOGRAPHY OR HAVE THEM PRINTED, EDITED/MANIPULATED BY SOMEONE ELSE?
-No, you may not edit or manipulate portraits, images, or video unless permission has been expressed contractually through CHRYS LAVONN PHOTOGRAPHY. You may utilize purchased portraits, images, and video for personal entertainment and viewing, advertising, marketing, and profit purposes excluding commercial activity and business. If needed for commercial purposes, a license agreement will be drafted for use duration and terms to abide by. Any reproduction or usage of content without the consent of CHRYS LAVONN PHOTOGRAPHY is illegal and a direct breach of copyright and intellectual property and will result in claims against you in the court of law.

10.ONCE I PURCHASE DIGITALS OR VIDEO FROM CHRYS LAVONN PHOTOGRAPHY, DO I OWN THE COPYRIGHT?
-No. You are not paying for the copyright when finalizing a purchase. You are paying for the right to display said media type for personal, commercial or non-commercial use. Please contact Chrys LaVonn Photography if you wish to inquire about commercial usage, full image and or full video/footage copyright.

11.PRINTS AND DIGITALS. CAN I PURCHASE THEM SEPARATELY?
-All prints and digitals can be purchased bundled as a portrait collection (recommended) or a la carte. Opt between print and or just digital. However, pricing will remain the same. Purchased prints include matching high-resolution digital. All high-resolution digitals include a complimentary desk print. All image sales are retouch only.

New Jersey currently requires tax collection of both tangible and digital goods and services. Tax is allocated according to state regulation and address of the purchaser.

12.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
-Chrys LaVonn Photography has a turnaround time of 14-60 days, depending on the complexity of your order. Holidays, pandemics and weather may interfere with shipping and arrival dates.
